Welcome

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a private practice in the New Hampshire seacoast area. I work primarily with children (3+), adolescents and young adults providing individual therapy, parent support and consultation. For many of the children and teens that I see, their parents have noticed that anxiety is getting in the way of daily life, there has been a change in mood or behavior, social challenges have left their child feeling left out or they have struggled to obtain appropriate school supports. For others, they have asked to speak to a therapist to have the space to work things out, be heard and build coping skills. There are a lot of pressures facing teens and young adults leading them to seek support for decision making, transitions and planning future goals. I strive to provide gender affirming care and neurodivergent-affirming care. I believe in working collaboratively with families with a warm, caring and skills based approach and a little humor thrown in for good measure.
